In freezer since Christmas - safe to eat?!

I bought some sausagemeat stuffing for Christmas, it's been in the freezer ever since. Tempted to defrost it and make a sausage roll type thing with Jus-Roll. Will it be safe to eat? The packet says to eat within one month if freezing, but they all say that and I never stick to it...

I'd go for it, as long as it was frozen within it's "Use By" date.

I did, made a huge sausage roll and it was great! Really easy too!
