In the Uk on hols and dd stopped eating some of her snacking foods ..raisins / apricots when out ( too many cakes here). Grandma bought her some yoghurt covered fruit and was reading ingredients. I recall a thread on what to look out for but can't find it.
Was it Fructose syrup ? Can someone jog my brain please?

No am ok with the sweetners ( thanks) I was sure I saw something about the sugars...Maybe some gum or some syrup.. It was ages ago have tried searching for the thread but with no joy. As In Italy the rage of packet stuff is limited compared to here am not used to it !!

High-fructose corn syrup is an issue, i think?

Or there's Maltose I think it is? It's a sort of fake sugar. I am dubious about it, but I'm dubious about most new things.

(Fructose is fruit sugar. Maybe better than sucrose or glucose, certainly no worse.)

Ah Ha think that was it the fructose corn syrup .Sugars I think are Fructose, Maltose, Dextrose, Glucose but its what they do with them that worries me !!!
Thanks v much
