Ready rolled puff pastry that's been out of the fridge since Wednesday? My husband put the shopping away and put it in the cupboard. The plastic bag was a little bit inflated, I'm guessing it's not normally lile this but I've not used it before.

I've got the filling ready and couldn't find the pastry in thr fridge Sad he's always doing stuff like this.

Yes, if it smells OK and isn't speckled with mould.

Check the ingredients. If it’s flour and butter (or other fat), there’s nothing in it that needs to be refrigerated so it shouldn’t have gone bad. Might be difficult to use thought as pastry needs to be fridge cold to roll out and shape.

It does!

Its meant to be for pinwheels for my seven month old but think I'll still make if given the stuff is ready and eat them myself, and make her some fresh ones.

Thank you

Flour, margarine, water, lemon!

Good compromise. I'm incredibly relaxed about this kind of thing but I'd hold back from giving it to a 7mo. Those ingredients should be fine for a healthy adult, though.
