moomina · 17/09/2004 16:37

Nooooo! Eat 'em all straight out of the tin. Yum yum yum.

Failing that - salad nicoise? Caesar salad? Bung 'em on a pizza?

spacemonkey · 17/09/2004 16:37

make spaghetti puttanesca - yummmmm

Miriam2 · 17/09/2004 16:39

Moomina you got there before me..don't use them for anything, just eat them! Anchovies are one of those things you'd have had to pay me to eat when I was younger but now one of my fave things. Fresh ones are lovely too.

moustache?

You could try a potato pizza. Heat up tin of tinned tomotoes, mushrooms, onions and garlic. Place a layer of hot mash into a oven proof dish, layer the hot tomato mixture on top of that and then layer your leeches and olives over that and then add another layer of mash. Put in oven for 20-30 minutes until top is browned (or your yummy cheese has melted and browned) and serve. Really quick and filling.

It's always the first place I go if I'm stuck for what to cook. It's American, so in England you may have to do a little improvising!
