beef and horseradish recipe wanted

I recently enjoyed braised brisket in horseradish sauce. It was called a speciality of the Black Forest. I have searched for a recipe but can only find the British style, roast beef with horseradish. Can anyone help please?

Here's a German one using PORK but suppose you swop this for beef?
