Stock from defrosted chicken

Hi I've got lots of stock from defrosted chicken, can I freeze it again? Or any ideas on using up about 2L?

Presumably the original chicken was raw when frozen? You defrosted it and cooked it to make the stock?

So yes you can now freeze the stock.

Yes you can freeze it, as it has been boiled since its previous freezing.

Greek egg and lemon soup is lovely and light and best made with home made chicken stock. You can serve it hot or chilled so it's a good summer standby.
Or chicken broth with noodles or gyoza is another idea.

Ooh yes noodle broth is a great idea as the chicken was slightly spiced so should work really well, will freeze the rest. Thanks so much
