Kohlrabi

I have a glut from our veg boxes.
I hate mayo based slaws
But if anyone has favourite recipes or ideas to share I'd be really grateful

I love it cut into matchsticks or sliced really thinly and put in salads or sliced thinly and topped with vinaigrette.

In Hungary they make soup with it. I know it’s not the weather. My dm used to make a thick soup and it was delicious 😋

I shall try a salad with a vinaigrette, I love a good vinagarette
A soup sounds intriguing I have a Hungarian cookbook so I'll see if it has a recipe
