Anyone got the Green Roasting Tin book to hand?

I want to cook the 3 bean chilli recipe from The Green Roasting Tin cookbook (it's brilliant!), but I'm on holiday and have left my copy of the book at home. Does anyone have the book and can share the recipe? Maybe take a photo of the page?

I'd never heard of these books until yesterday - saw them on a thread thought they'd be perfect in my quest to eat more veggie so I Amazoned it and it arrived today!!
