That's all really. Also similar quality pancetta. I don't want to waste them as very high quality. Any recipes to make the most of these ingredients?

Please and thank you of course. I have a well stocked larder so any ideas welcome.

I'd do something really simple like pasta in a butter sauce with lightly fried salami and/or pancetta. So you can really taste and appreciate the meats.

Asda used to do amazing garlic and fennel sausages which were fantastic in a chilli with rice

Make a gorgeous sharing platter with the meats, lovely cheeses, breads, tapas, etc.

Look here for inspo!

If it's salami, you can't do a lot with it bar eat it. Doing much with it would ruin it.

So nice sharing platter with quality bread, tomatoes, olive oil, cheese.

Thank you so much. So Salami sharing plate and a pasta with the pancetta. Thank you both very much

I'd do in a toasted panini/ciabatta brushed with garlic butter with some lovely mozzarella, sauted spinach, sliced cherry tomatoes and pesto 🤤
