Chicken recipes in sauce please? It needs to be family friendly as we have 2 young girls. I feel we eat far too much red meat.

Are you looking for some kind of cuisine or flavours in particular? Or a specific type of sauce?

Sorry but it seems a bit vague!

Most chicken curries you can serve your own and then add more cream/yoghurt to theirs to make it creamer/mild.

I’ve got a few curry recipes just wanted to see if there is anything out there that I have forgotten about or something a bit different.

No type of cuisine just nothing to dry & easy for children to eat!

Hairy bikers Spanish chicken had loads of fans on another thread. Not a sauce exactly but certainly sounds tasty.

I make this with leftover chicken joints (breast and leg) but you could slice cooked chicken too. We have it with rice or with new potatoes.

You could also make a chicken and mushroom cream sauce very easily (similar to stroganoff).

Spanish chicken is very nice (I use a jar sauce and just add extra peppers).

Delia does a lovely basque chicken (I think that’s what it’s called).
