can I cook pasta bake with uncooked pasta?

as above can I use pasta straight from the pack or do I need to precook?

if the answer is no there will be sandwiches for dinner today

If it's the jars of pasta bake you're using then you use uncooked pasta for it xx

I have leftover goulash from the weekend and hope that I can just add pasta, extra veg and a little water and top with cheese.

Yep, I would cover with foil and then take foil off before the end

Yup, just add a bit of water to the goulash.

Stir a spoon of butter in too to stop it sticking.
I prefer it from dried it doesn't go as claggy.

You need to add more liquid and there will be a longer cook time.
