Gluten Free Celebration Cake Recipe

A friend has a birthday coming up. She's been a bit down lately so I'd like to bake her a cake to cheer her up, but she's gluten free. I'd love if you would share your yummy gluten free cake recipes. Thanks.

You can use almost any recipe, but substitute the flour for Doves Farm gluten free. If you need baking powder you need to buy a gluten free one.

I do sometimes google a gluten free recipe if I want something specific like Simnel cake etc, but normally I just use any favourite recipe and gluten free flour. I can’t bake with normal flour now, even if I don’t eat it, I get rashes on my arms from the flour.
