Frozen Chicken breasts

I froze these on day of delivery, if I defrost them and cook them, can I re-freeze the cooked ones that aren't eaten?

Yes, you can freeze again if you've cooked them. Don't refreeze the raw breasts, don't defrost and refreeze the cooked breasts.
