Any Ice cream experts out there?
I've been using a Heston machine to make ices for about a year, and so far, haven't had much success. They're all so hard, and icy.
I'd been blaming the freezer for being too cold, but some traitor in the house bought Ben & Jerry's, and that isn't frozen solid, so it can't be the storage temperature.
I've tried different recipes, different processes, and they all come out the same.
Can anyone offer a recipe & process that works for you?
