How long will it last?

Stupid question but it's never happened before so I'm unsure.

I always make a lasagne for after work on weds, pop it in the fridge.

Last night we had to take DD to a&e so didn't eat it. (She's ok! Thank god)

Will it be ok in the fridge til tomorrow evening? We're meant to be going for a quick dinner out tonight with my parents so won't be eating it tonight.

It's slow cooked mince - white sauce, dry lasagne sheets.

TIA

If you're that worried, freeze it.

Yes should be fine. DH ate some leftover spag bol that had been in the fridge a week the other day (after conducting the sniff test) and he seems fine. He does have a cast iron stomach though, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with compromised immune system, elderly, pregnant etc! But 48 hours should be fine or as PP said lasagne freezes well. Glad your DD is OK!
