Can I batch cook & freeze American style pancakes

Or will they just be a bit soggy?? Got a crowd staying over after a family party and trying to think of easy but nice breakfast options.

Yes, I do it and then warm them back up in the toaster

I was hoping to stick them in a few baking trays and whack them in the oven so they're all ready at the same time.. or I could have the toaster on the table for everyone to toast their own when they're ready I suppose.

Shakshuka or an oven baked full English are other options that are great for a crowd

Works well in my experience. Oven warming will be fine, but consider having a rack on the tray so the underside doesn’t go soggy.

21 lovely pancakes, cooked on a rack, stacked with grease proof in between and now in the freezer! Thanks for your advice.
