VEGGIE NUGGETS Recipe for health-conscious Mum

Is there any healthy recipe of veggie nuggets. I need one which tastes the same as chicken nuggets, I found one for veggie nuggets but my children did like it.

Rather than trying to find a recipe for “fake” chicken ones could you either a) make your own healthier chicken ones (super simple) or b) make nuggets but accept that they won’t taste like chicken unless you add lots of artificial flavours to them thus depleting the “healthiness”

Just buy Quorn ones

Quorn ones are very good. To make them into a healthy meal just serve with lots of veg on the side.

Quorn nuggets recommendation from me too. DP and I aren't vegetarian but very much limit meat and are both fans of these for a quick tea.
