Beetroot brownie recipe recommendations

Ideally somewhere between ‘high in butter, chocolate and sugar’ and ‘zero sugar and slightly joyless’. Are there any?!

I only know the River Cottage/Fernley Whittingstall recipe which is high in all those things. But they are yummy and you only need to eat a tiny piece
