Easy cake recipe?

Can anyone share a recipe for making cakes that's easy (non bake would be good)? Need to make some today for serving tomorrow!

All in one method.

2 eggs, 175g each of self raising flour, butter and caster sugar. A teaspoon of baking powder, vanilla extract and milk.

Can be scaled up. A 4 egg mix baked in two tins filled with jam and either butter cream or fresh whipped cream. Dusted with icing sugar. Yum.
