I’ll keep the potatoes plain, maybe butter. What should eat them with?

Salmon and broccolini

Mackerel and asparagus

Ham and white asparagus. Like this:

Asparagus and poached eggs.

New season rack of lamb and fresh peas or broad beans.

Cut the potatoes in half and add dollops of sour cream and lumpfish caviar.

Steak and green salad.

MrsTerryPratchett · 16/06/2019 15:31

Salmon.

Or just your fingers and a vat of butter and salt.

There's a really nice baked salmon with honey and thyme in foil recipe (should be easy to google) which goes really well. We usually have it with a bit of lemon mayo.

Beer can chicken. Or a crustless broccoli quiche.

Steak and salad, quick and easy.

Chicken stuffed with mozzarella and chorizo.

Pan fried salmon, skin off and fried til crispy, with teriyaki marinade.

I also love boiling potatoes, putting on a baking tray, crushing them with a fork, adding garlic butter and baking until golden and a little crispy on too, then a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of paprika on top. Alsobutely lovely!
