Any way to fix this? Cooking rice for a chilli but must have added too much water and have a soggy , claggy mess.

You've probably cooked it too long or used the wrong type of rice. What cooking method are you using? I use basmati rice and boil in lots of water for 8-10 mins

Start again, use soggy for rice balls.

Folded clean tea towel on top of pan with lid on top and leave to stand for a while,it'll draw the water out.

Put it in the oven (low heat) on a baking sheet and baking paper for a few minutes.

Could you put it in the oven for a few minutes to try and dry it out? (Have never tried this by the way!)

You can’t fix claggy rice. Make some more. One cup of rice to two cups of water.

Start again.
1 cup rice to cups water is the general rule.

But you can boil it in more water if its just plain white rice. Keep an eye on it. Drain the water out while the rice is still very slightly hard.
Once drained put lid back on and leave on a very low heat for about 10 mins.

The soggy rice can be turned into rice pudding if you like? Just add milk, sugar, cook until the rice is sufficiently soft. You can add in cream etc too

Put into colander and rinse under cold water. It'll separate it. Then just mix it through the chilli. Or start again if that doesn't work

Thanks - I did try and dry it out in a low oven but it just seemed to get claggier , like wallpaper paste , and solidified into a lump despite repeatedly stirring it. No more rice so made a chilli/spaghetti Bolognese fusion which everyone loved!!
