Really good ribs recipe needed

So yesterday I bought a massive pack of pork ribs and a big bottle of BBQ sauce.

Apart from just marinating them for a few hours then bunging in the oven on a slow heat does anyone have another great ribs recipe?

The chive dip is also recommended!
