supper idea: potato dauphinoise

Aitch · 23/07/2007 11:41

whip it up a bit and mix one tub with a big tub of yoghurt and fruit of your choice, put in a glass bowl, sprinkle brown sugar over the top and leave in fridge for a few hours. the sugar melts and falls through the dessert, making a lovely marbley effect. very 70s but easy and good-looking and delicious.

Heathcliffscathy · 23/07/2007 11:41

essentially a cooked cream pudding....delicious....

here is a poncey one, but the basic recipe is there

iota · 23/07/2007 11:43
