Beef mince recipe that's not burgers or bolognese

As the title suggests.. I have some beef mince and I need to use it tonight. We had burgers recently and pasta last night so no bolognese!

Any suggestions? I've considered chilli but I don't think DP likes it too much.

With the Korean beef bowl, I cook the mince till it's brown before adding the soy sauce (I use the reduced salt version). Then leave for 5 mins or so while it simmers and the sauce reduces a bit. My DSs love it and we used to have it weekly.
