We are looking to replace our blender and as I'm pregnant I'm looking for one that will also be able to puree food for when I start weaning (appreciate that's ages away but would rather not spend the money twice!). We use our current one mostly for breakfast smoothies.

We do also have a hand blender but as we need a new big one anyway, thought I'd look into something like this.
Any advice or recommendations?
