Would garlic bread work with smoked garlic?

I'm a huge lover of garlic bread and recently bought some smoked garlic. Am wondering if this would work in garlic bread or if it would be horrible. Any thoughts?

I reckon it will be delicious!

Try it.

Yes it would work, but it could be a waste of the depth of flavour of smoked garlic, especially as it's an expensive ingredient.

I like to use the smoked version in dressings for things like lentil or bean salad, or cut into slivers and added as a finish to things like mushroom stroganoff, or make Into garlic butter for on top of steak.
