I've baked this a few times and don't like adding all the sugar as the fruit makes it quite sweet anyway.
It's supposed to be 150g but I've been adding about 80-90g.
Is this the reason the cake is so crumbly and if so, anyone know what i can replace it with to ensure it doesn't crumble to bits?
