Freezable toddler meals

I'm after some recipes for toddler meals that I can make in advance and pop in the freezer.
I have an 18 month old with a really good appetite, she'll eat most things but isn't a fan of potatoes.
I'm 6 weeks pregnant and spent a lot of my last pregnancy in hospital. That's likely to happen again and I want to know she's going to be eating well while I'm not there Sad

these meatballs are great and can be frozen. can be served with pasta, as a lunch with veggie sticks...

pizza bites are packed with veggies. they do take a bit of time to make but are super easy to just pop in the oven (you can buy ready made pizza dough to save time).

veggie pancakes work great for lunch or dinner, serve with some fruit and yogurt. (1 cup = 150g since the recipe is american)

baked egg rolls

mac n veg slices can be served hot or cold

these fishcakes are great, I use tinned mackerel (super good for toddlers) and tinned salmon mixed together instead of one or the other

all the best and good luck with your pregnancy xx
