Recipes that are nice reheated

Need some recipes that taste nice reheated. My MIL has some health issues that affect her day to day life, so my DP and I are looking for some recipes that we could eat one night whilst popping some in the fridge and deliver the next day so she can reheat, if that makes sense?

I enjoy cooking, but have to admit that I've never really made a meal then frozen it for later I get a bit flustered about what's safe to freeze/reheat and get a bit paranoid about food poisoning. Any tips?

I find most foods in sauce taste better the day after: lasagne, Bolognese, chili, stew etc.

Also I often make a quiche, slice it and freeze flat in a freezer bag you can then take out a frozen slice for the next day. It’s a good way to freeze lasagne too!

If you’re worried about food poisoning go for stuff it’s really hard to fuck up
Like a lentil and chickpea curry in a tomato based sauce
Pasta with a home made pesto

That sort of thing

Fish pie
Moussaka/lasagne

Will your MIL be able to cook rice/pasta/couscous for herself to go with the aforementioned curry, chilli and bolognese suggestions?
I see someone has suggested frittata. Be careful! Reheated eggs are a food poisoning risk and you can risk the frittata going rubbery.

We have frozen the Hairy Bikers recipe for moussaka. If anything it was better second time around.

Summer in Winter chicken (another BBC recipe) freezes really well.
