I just made this Malaysian Curry www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/6831/malaysian-chicken-curry which was lovely and not that difficult. Would definitely recommend, and no more work than Bolognese or chilli. Have been in a bit of a cooking rut so good to find something new. Does anyone have any other recommendations? Rest of my repertoire is pretty standard - tomato pasta, bolognese, curry using a jar of paste etc.
