Steak with garlic and chilli chips, creamy mushrooms and veggies

Chancewouldbeafinethlng · 06/05/2019 15:19

Dh is making us parmos 🤤
Will serve with chips and garlic sauce.

IntoValhalla · 06/05/2019 15:20

Meant to be roast chicken, stuffing, roasties, Yorkshire puds, veg and gravy.
Chicken is in the oven, but now I can’t be arsed to do all the rest Confused
I’m feeling particularly fat, pregnant and lazy today.

DogsandBoysmeanMud · 06/05/2019 15:21

Slow cooked chicken teriyaki. Chuck chicken breasts raw in slower cooker. Throw in a bottle of teriyaki sauce. Cook oh high for 4 hours. Shred the chicken and add to sauce and serve

BelulahBlanca · 06/05/2019 15:22

Prawn curry Grin

troppibambini · 06/05/2019 15:22

Roast chicken, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, mash, mashed carrot and swede, roasted carrots, roasted cauliflower, broccoli and gravy.
Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream for pudding.

My kids moaned yesterday that I hadn't made a roast (too busy taking them out to fun placesHmm) so we are having it today instead.

FannyOMalley · 06/05/2019 15:23

I was just eyeing up some salmon in the fridge feeling very uninspired and DH said ‘fancy a takeaway tonight?’. Yes. Yes I do! Might go for Indian.

teddytedted · 06/05/2019 15:23

@BelulahBlanca I love prawn curry , husband and kids hate prawns though so only have it on a rare occasion :(

It is our first day of fasting for Ramadan. I have made vimto, orange juice, lemon water, carrot and coriander soup, a dish with aubergines and yoghurt, okra and lamb stew, rice, a selection of starters like spring rolls, onion bhajis etc. Then brownies with ice cream for later.

ILoveDaveGrohl · 06/05/2019 15:25

Scouse

happyhillock · 06/05/2019 15:26

Left over chicken from last night's dinner with baked potato and crusty bread.

nannyplummyarse · 06/05/2019 15:27

I'm cooking a roast and all the trimmings. Can't wait 😋

dancemom · 06/05/2019 15:30

Baked potato with cheese and coleslaw for me, cheese and beans for dd.

Sweet corn fritters and salad

IntoValhalla · 06/05/2019 15:30

UAEMum Sounds lovely! Am I right in thinking that during Ramadan you only fast during daylight hours, then anything goes once is dark?

Longdistance · 06/05/2019 15:32

Dh is making a beer beef stew. He’s been dicking about with it for days. The kitchen’s a tip and smells like a brewery. I’ll report back later.

Taffeta · 06/05/2019 15:32

Spanakopita with salad- had it for lunch. DS didn't like it Hmm

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 06/05/2019 15:34

Husband is doing the deed tonight and is making a doner kebab takeaway with turkey mince. We're not on slimming world, or even on a diet, just really like the recipe.

cheesenpickles · 06/05/2019 15:40

*fakeaway

londonloves · 06/05/2019 15:41
