This may sound a stupid question, but if I want to make cauliflower rice to freeze, do I cook then freeze, or freeze it raw?

You don’t cook it at all. Just grate it, messy but dead easy, freeze in a bag and when you want to use it defrost then quick flash dry in coconut oil (or whatever way you prefer). Smile

Fry not dry, doh!

Tbh, I used to make my own but the mess and washing out the food processor drove me back to using pre prepared frozen from Tesco.

Fab thanks!

I’ve only ever bought it ready done but it’s expensive compared to the price of a cauliflower. Will give it a go but if too much hassle then I’ll have to go back!
