DP and I cook a big meal every night but now we're getting a bit lardy. I don't like diet products and I like good food. Any ideas for some delicious low fat evening meals?

You can eat good food without it being fatty and making you overweight. You can use herbs and spices to pep thing up. Or you could try the simple tactic of reducing the size of the portions you prepare and therefore eat.

I haven't looked at it properly but have you heard of Fat Girl Slim?
