Starter to go with delia oriental chicken please?

We're having a low-ish key dinner party and I need a simple starter that I can make the night before as I'm now working on the dinner party day 🤦‍♀️

Any suggestions for quick and easy starters to go with the Chinese chicken dish gratefully received!

Why not buy some ready made spring rolls? Jazz them up with your own dipping sauce....
Failing that, some sort of satay?
