Biscuits that hold their shape/don't spread

I need to make large quantities of cut out biscuits in a specific shape, so am looking for a recipe that holds its shape well. Any recommendations?

If I'm using a biscuit cutter and don't want them to spread in the oven then I use this Nigella recipe

300 gr flour,
150 butter (melted or super sogt)
150 sugar
1 egg and 1 yolk

Place in fridge for half an hour then roll between two sheets of baking paper and cut into desired shape
