Food Prep - How far in advance?

After a few weeks of eating terribly with birthday celebrations and easter, I'm planning to get back on track and do some food prep this weekend. I've joined WW and was planning to cook a turkey chilli and some lentil curry. I only have a tiny freezer, and also find defrosting stuff a faff and I get nervous about doing it safely, so I'd rather keep prepped food in the fridge. I was planning on chilli on Mon and Tues, then the lentil curry on Wed and Thurs. If I cook both today, will they keep in the fridge until then?

I was thinking it's within 3 days, not including the day you cook it. So if you cook on Saturday then it should be used up by Tuesday - I might be wrong though and it's difficult to find the answer
