Got my veg box this morning, so here's what I'm planning for the next week:
Tonight: we had shredded lamb from the freezer, cheat's mujadara,, houmous, flatbreads
Sat: Takeaway
Sun: Courgette and chickpea "meatballs" with spicy tomato sauce
Mon: Spaghetti with fennel and salami
Tue: Roast chicken breasts/roast chicken, green beans, carrots, potatoes, courgette and cheese fritters
Weds: Patatas bravas, padron peppers, chorizo with mushrooms, maybe some battered courgette.
Thurs: Smoked mackerel, rhubarb relish, potato salad, green salad.
Fri: Fish and chips.
