I have about a third of the gigantic leg of lamb I bought for lunch left over and don’t know what to do with it. I don’t cook lamb very often, it seems a lot of faff trying to get it off the bone and I’m not so keen on it but had family over. I don’t have a pot big enough to boil it in so will attack it with a knife. What could I do with it?
