For the Fragrant Boys I like to buy Free Range perservative free charcuterie from the German Deli, I 'm sure it has some nitrate content as that's what makes ham so YUM, isn't it now. But give me some back up ammo so dh, who buys shaved lips and slurry from the supermarket, will think I know what I 'm talking about.
