^ as above. It needs to be easy though and I am tired, pregnant and will probably have ‘help’ from a toddler.

Meringues (bought) with pureed berries, whole berries and sorbet.

Google dairy free chocolate mousse, loads of variations online and pretty easy to make.

My Dad doesn’t eat any chocolate. It’s a bit of a nightmare.

Jelly?!
Fruit salad
Some sort of orange / lemon mousse?
Polenta cake

Crumble made with gluten free topping (just replace flour with gf) with soya custard/ice cream
Fruit salad with amaretti biscuits/macaroons and coconut/dairy free yoghurt or sorbet
Fruit fool made with dairy free yog and gf biscuits
Baked apples /poached pears with Swedish glace vanilla ice cream (in most supermarkets)

It also needs to be veggie friendly.

I think it will have to be good old almond/polenta cake or meringue again.

There are quite a few recipes around for olive oil cakes, the best are chocolate sadly but this one is lovely too, Rick Stein: thehappyfoodie.co.uk/recipes/clementine-almond-and-olive-oil-cake

I regularly make this grilled pineapple www.myrecipes.com/recipe/grilled-pineapple

I made the cake that Xiaoxiong recommended and it was great.
