Looking for easy recipes/food for after C-section

Hi all, I'm 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and will be having a C-section in about 2 weeks time.
I'm looking for easy recipes/food that are quick to eat (do not currently have a frezzer
so unfortunately I can't batch cook at the moment.)
Need to be child friendly, 2/3 times a week. We currently eat, mince meals, stri Fry's, roasts and things that go with mash potatoes.
Thanks in an advance.

Do you eat fish?
Fish is my go to speedy meal. Pasta with smoked salmon, peas, capers, cream cheese.
Baked salmon with chilli, lime and spring onion
Tuna steaks
Cod topped with mango chutney and grilled

Sorry been a busy couple of days. I do eat fish, I prefer it to meat to be honest. Thank you for those that have commented.
