I’ve become really lazy. Plan to meal plan but then never do. Looking for quick and easy lunch/dinner recipes that are not just healthy and nutritious but also filling so I don’t end up snacking on Bugles or whatever else I find in the cupboard because I still feel hungry
I do snack on fruits but I’d rather just feel full after eating but I somehow never do 🙈
