Recipe to use up stale-ish biscuits

Have just found a big box of biscuits, a variety pack. They’re a touch soft to eat for fun, is there anything else I could do to jazz them up? A pudding I could make?
Would love some inspiration

A tray "bake" of sorts with melted chocolate, like tiffin? Or the base of a cheesecake if you crush them up.

Blitz them and bung them in the freezer.
Sprinkle on crumbles, use in cheesecakes, chocolate fridge cake...

Rocky Road is a good one
Crumble them up and use as a topping on a sponge cake
Stir through ice cream or into fudge

As a treat we crumble them up and pour over some warm milk. It's like eating baby rusks and strangely
Comforting!

Make this. It’s meant to be with “Nice” biscuits, but would work with anything vaguely plain. It’s a South African staple. If you’ve got any SA friends this will be an instantly recognisable dish from children’s parties and holidays! Use Mint aero bars in place of Peppermint Crisp. A couple of big bars for a recipe this size.

You can crisp up ordinary biscuits again by putting them in a warm oven for couple of minutes.
