After my current one dies, then yes.

hmmmm. probably yes, but not an expensive one as I don't use it that much. But I would miss it if it broke I suppose!

Thanks. I quite fancy one but have never heard anyone speak very highly of them.

I got an Actifry in the product test Mumsnet did a couple of months back. We use it at least three times a week, if not more now - it's particularly great for quick dinners for DH and I in the week.

I'd never in a million years have spent £100+ on one before I'd tried it. Now I'd definitely replace if it died (although I'd shop around on deals - the one they sent us was £279 RRP, but I know someone who's just bought it on a deal with a bundle of bits for £170).

On our 4th one.... we started off with an Actifry but it was awful, only lasted 8/9 months. So we got a Phillips air fryer that was fab in comparison.... I used it for browning baking potatoes and doing my vegetarian food in, as well as home made wedges/chips. When that died, we went for a cheap Amazon version that was hideous.... so we went full cycle and got another Actifry. It's vastly improved and it's used most days tbh.

Why do you use it rather than sticking the food in the oven?

Yes, couldnt live without my actifry

An Airfryer is not the same as an Actifry. I've got the Phillips - a Black Friday bargain from Amazon c.18 months ago - & I'd miss it if it died. Look at the website or app for ideas. It's quicker, cheaper & more convenient than using the oven - & chips are wonderful !

I've got the Phillips Airfryer and love it. It's far quicker than heating the oven up and cooks faster too. It's also healthier because excess fat drips out, not unlike a grill. It crisps up chips, cooks sausages and breaded fish/chicken really well and is a great size for our family. I'd definitely get another.
