Reheating pearl barley

I’ve read it’s ok to reheat it but is it ok after it’s been in the fridge for 3 days?

It may or may not be 'OK' to reheat, but I would if it was me, definitely!!

I would. Might need a little bit of stock or water to stop it going claggy.
