I'm normally an advocate of "does it look and smell ok? If so, eat it" so I don't know why I'm second guessing myself.
Made a batch of hummus this time last week and wondering whether to take some to work tomorrow. It's red pepper flavoured so is red throughout! It looks ok and still smells like hummus - I put a lot of garlic in, so my hummus always smells garlicy. Wwyd?
