Pork fillet - how long in oven?

Bought a pork fillet on a whim thinking I'd stuff with apricots and wrap in bacon but not sure on how long it needs, or whether it needs moisture in the roasting pan too (?stock ?booze ?bed of veg) to keep it from going dry and chewy. Have googled and now am more confused as timings vary from 10 to 50 mins. Confused I need to put in the oven as it's too big for pan frying (unless I chop it up - and I kind of like the idea of serving it whole to the table). Help!

this delia pork fillet recipe is really good so I would follow these timings.
