Easter Sunday

Trying to plan a menu for Easter Sunday and looking for some inspiration please. There will be 12-14 adults and 2 toddlers. I’m thinking lamb and maybe greek influences but open to all suggestions!

Slow cooked lamb with a honey and mustard rub. Wrap in foil and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Melts in the mouth.

Haha I am also planning an Easter lunch and thinking lamb and Greek... I like the look of this Tessa Kiros recipe for lamb with potatoes, lemon & oregano, served with tatziki. www.thehungrychook.com/blog/2017/9/greek-lamb

These look fab, I’m going to have closer look now! I’m think to just put out nibbles instead of a starter but any suggestions for a pudding?
