Side dish for chicken wellington?

I'm doing a retro 90s dinner and making "my old man's superb chicken" from happy days with the naked chef. It's basically a chicken wellington, so stuffed with sautéed mushrooms and wrapped in puff pastry with a thin mustard cream white wine sauce.

Any ideas for super retro 90s side dishes and starter? Pud is passion fruit cheesecake!

Prawn cocktail for starter and dauphinoise potatoes for a side

I would have gone for arctic roll as dessert!

How about ratatouille? Or frozen mixed veg?

I would do broccoli and almonds as a side.

From the 90s how about a starter of something goat's cheese (baked?), rocket and red onion (maybe marmalade)?
