EEK! I have prawns in the freezer and pasta in the cupboard - what can I make for tea?

Have all the usual store cupboard things as well ... but absolutely no inspiration whatsoever! They're the nice frozen king prawns - cooked, but BIG

Have you a can of coconut milk, some lime juice and some curry spices and a bit of tomato puree and some interesting frozen veg and some spring onions as well?

garlic, chilli, parsley

fry for like 1 min in lots olive oil

throw in half tin of plum toms

splash white wine (large splash, you'll have to open a bottle I'm afraid )

throw in prawns

add to cooked spaghetti

we do it with mushroms. broccoli and mayo all mixed in. yummy

Here we are!

prawns (obviously!)
clove garlic
1/2 red onion
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp lemon jiuce
5 tbsp olive oil
12 cherry toms, halfed
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil

Cook pasta, drain and add all the ingredients on top and toss in. Job done! It was delish btw!

any fresh basil and feta? blend up the two mix with the pasta and prawns, voila!

I always make sweet and sour or a garlic sauce but I make a batter for the prawns so they are nice and crispy.

Cook pasta. Add creme fraiche. Stir. Season. Chuck in prawns. Stir over low hear til prawns are hot. Eat.

Same with chopped up smoked salmon.

A big handful of frozen peas ia noce with this too - add them 5 minutes before the pasta is cooked.
